To those who don't know what Jungle Fever is, here it is in a nutshell.

This project started several years ago when WRPEdit was released, when I started making the A Shau Valley island. I abandoned the project about a half a year later, and started again when WRPTool was found. I also started making some new objects for it and also used Ebud's great Ilo Ilo ones to get it done.
I joined VTE, one version of the island was released with it, then I left VTE and short while after I joined the Unsung. I remade the island a bit with the great new vegetation that the talented Unsung modders had done, and that led the island to it's current form. Somewhere along the way I also started experimenting with some unit modelling and well, various other stuff, and I learned A LOT during that time, most of it from Unsung. Unsung influenced the mod in a great way, and I'm happy it did. The guys kept pushing me with beta updates and new mission all the time, and this encouraged me to finish the mod.
This is the final blow. There still might be some small bugs, but those wont be fixed. This version is stable, and it works! More work will be done, regarding missions for OFP, and most likely addons for Armed Assault. Have fun!

Hello!
I got a lil problem:i play the A SHAU WAR, and after the insertion into a village i don't know what's my mission: i think goin back to the base afoot, right? The objective is explained by the officer at start?
I try sebnam & unsung before, and this one is the better 'nam mod that i played. I like too the use of the DAC, that it's a great "tool" for this game...
Another thing: to play the JF i must put the .pbo of the JF folder, into the RES folder, but in the readme is not explained.

You don't have to put it in the res addonsfolder. I've got it in a mod folder, and it works without problems.

Sure, at first i done that, but startin the game, i got a message about some addons missing ( a couple of JF addons) and the game returns to main menu: then i try to copy and paste all addons from JF to RES/addons and the game is fine.
For the A SHAU WAR, for every patrol u must clean the zone and call chopper, or come back  to base, patrolling the road?

For the patrol mission you just have to patrol the area inidicated and once done you can call the extraction. Apart from the attack on the base you always travel via chopper, I can put other vehicles in if more people request it but it's a big island and could get boring driving places.

Ashau war is the most complex mission in my pack and therefore will probably have more bugs, I know of a couple already, the most annoying is the insertion chopper can take a long time to take off. I think I have a work around for this but for the time being make sure you use the savegame after every mission.

Hopefully I'll have a fixed mission pack ready when the next JF is ready.

That's strange...you sure you actually ran the mod folder? I'd suggest you get kegetys' OFP Launcher, if you haven't already, it's good for keeping track of mod folders and such. But you have to have done something wrong seeing that nobody else have experienced this problem armata_PDT_01

I remember that tool, good for many mods into 1 installation, right?; but i got a fresh 1.96, with only  JF & Unsung II folders, and all the addons required for JF.
Anyway, no problem now...

Update is coming along well. I've done some experimenting with new vegetation, which the beta team will get their hands on soon. Below is a pic, which can be considered as a teaser. armata_PDT_01
