Ok here's a campaign that Jungle Fever was originally made and started for. It's a grunt campaign, where you step into the boots of a fresh 101st corporal, just arrived to Eagles Nest in the A Shau Valley. Currently having around 10 missions, of which a few are random depending on your achivements, it should offer around 8 hours of gameplay. I will be expanding the campaign a bit further on a chapter that is planned to continue from where this campaign ends. Currently, the last mission is not the last. One more is coming, which will set the scene for the future sequel, where the player will meet his good buddy Thorne in the LRP's and joins him in his team. You will need: Jungle Fever CSJ AnimalsCSJ HueysEditor Upgrade 1.02Comments and feedback are welcome! In Country v0.87

Heh, yea forgot to mention you gotta rename the file to .rar after downloading. There was some problems with OFPNam downloads and the way I described is one of the workarounds for it. I dunno how PGI fixed the onsite downloads, though.

Well like sim i overlooked this one as well. So i tried it and here's my first mission results: (Ya can just skip the entire story and go to the last few lines )Walked for a few miles and came across a ambush. I know i popped 1 as he was so bloody close i could see the white of his eyes. But they took out 5 of ours and made my TL flee back with the rest of us kinda snowflaked running after him. So ok, no problem we walk back again after seeing the base. And continue on. Some walking later again we walk into a clearing and i did actually think 'this looks like a good ambush spot' and what do you know just at the end of the clearing we get ambushed by at least 2 NVA (i think). The first guy stood there on the other side of a tree and fired away at the first two in our patrol. I quickly jammed a few rounds between his shoulders and he fell to the ground. I chucked two nades into his general area and heared a scream or two in the process as the nades detonated. Then we start running from that spot into the jungle but from behind another gook runs at us. I turn round and set my m16 on rock and roll. i hit him once as he runs through the grass. And while i am desperate to reload he drops to on knee and aims for my ass! I thanked the god's of rain and thunder after i reloaded and put a full auto salvo into the gook and dropped him before he shot at me. Nice! We run on down the hill into the jungle. Ok my TL thinks we are safe again and starts walking slow now. A minute or two later we come across some hut....AND ALL HELL BRAKES LOOSE! A couple of m16 mags chucked at the enemy and two nades later i find i am the only survivor of my squad... I retreat the fuck out of there and to my surprise i see a hitn in my screen saying : "mission completed". (or something like that) But....the mission isn't ending. So i look at my briefing and see it still says to go to that FB. So i decide to hump it by myself as i was only 1/3 of the way over there when the squad got whiped out. One hairy run later i by miracle make it to the FB area. surprise surprise.....i am stunned....there is nothing there. Second of all, the mission is still not over and ending! Hawkins.....what's wrong here.... I make it out alive on my first mission and i can't get the hell out of there lol Current bodycount: US KIA: All but me. What's that...7?..9?..11? VC KIA through bodycount: 4 VC Assumed KIA: 5 US MIA: 1, me. p.s. Sorry 'bout the story Ya can just skip the entire story and go to the last few lines lol...wait i'll put this at the top haha

Hot dang X! You got into the shit! Way more uneventfull for me! We humped through the boonies for a while with no contact untill we came to a ville. In this ville a gook standing in a hut chucked a gren in our direction but missed. Then the TL and about 5 others emptied a mag or two in his direction. 1 VC KIA, all US troops AOK. We then carried on and made it into a clearing where I got the message "Mission Completed". Didn't end so I used the End Mission cheat. I am now on mission 2. Enjoying it so far apart from the obvious bug. From what X writes however it seems like we're playing two different campaigns lol. EDIT: Mission 2 there are no markers telling me where the FB is

Okay....
Mission two started for me with me standing there and what appeared to be my number two. But he was lying there dead at my feet. BUT! When i asked him where he was he just replied to me and the green box showed me where he was...at the dead body. He would respond to everything i would say. Even though he was dead. Second of all the mission did not end when i got back at FB Dolly. And as sim said there is no markers. But me already having been there in mission 1(eager beaver) i knew where it was. That didn't help me much though. So i decided a prompt endmission shoudl do it. So mission 3 starts and well again there is my dead number two that still appears alive through the radio. Also i got a heap of script errors at the start of mission 3. Something ain't exactly right in the campaign it seems. There are still to many bugs. Maybe this was all due to the fact i was left as sole survivor in mission 1 and then the scripts that need to detect how many are left alive for the next mission screwed up somehow. As i was alone and in mission 2 i suddenly have a man under my command but he appears to speak to me from beyond this world as he lies dead at my feet but still responds.

Can't remember using the toughunit script in these missions, but I'm familiar with the bug you noticed X. Only seen it happen in MP missions, didn't know it was universal! Will check that, and possibly not make the campaign not so dynamic (friendly squad KIA vice). Thanks for bearing with me guys on this very shitty and buggy campaign. Will look into those issues ASAP. (Right after I finish off the last mission for MF. )
