Ello, Not sure about when another ofp gaming will take place. Currently the server has been setup to use the Unsung ArmA mod that got released last week. And that's what is currently being played with. Armed Assault + Unsung Mod for ArmA (Alpha R1 release). But as soon as another game for OFP will take place it will be reported here. If people plan to have another gaming event for OFP and do not have access to the server (as admin of it) so they can switch games on the server from ArmA to OFP and back, then post your plans in advance here or contact Hawkins or Me and we will then setup the server for you if no other gaming has been planned already. That is all. Happy hunting...or be hunted....  |

NOTIFICATION OF HAWKNAM SERVER TROUBLE Good day folks. As the header says, the server is experiencing some troubles. It seems that whenever a mission get's started the server reboots on it's own. This looks to players that are at that point on the server as a loss in connection. This problem will be looked at as soon as possible. In the meantime we are sorry for this inconvenience. Hope you guys understand it. See you all back when we get it fixed again. The server will for this time not be running OFP. |

Since we have not played OFP in a while and we still have the most missions for it... Could I interest you guys in some OFP 'Nam gaming for a change? I have a teaching free week coming up (real name is "exam week", but since I don't have any exams...) and I only need to cook up an essay during that time, I'd like to get some gaming done. Now, this week is also good, but it has to be before Thursday, meaning either tomorrow or Wednesday (Wed is a lot better). Going away from my comp for the weekend and start of next week (coming back on Monday or Tuesday) but other than that, I'm pretty much free, except on the 27th, during the evening.  |

Hey mates, I've noticed the OFP server is back online again, but I get CTD trying to play most missions. Have the addons been changed again? I was up to date at one time. I'd like to get links if I need new versions. Thanks, Zulu |

Hi,
Just like to say what a great server you guys have supporting a great mod.
I dont yet play arm-a because I see nothing wrong with OFP. I know that the graphics are better in arm-a but in a simulator for me this is not all that important imho. But I would like to try this mod online with other people instead of playing the missions alone.. which is still fun, just very difficult. I hope soon to see some people on the ofp server and keep this classic game alive.

Wish ArmA was never made  ArmA 1 & 2 just looks good and have cool new features...doesn't have OFP feel to it though...  Maybe I should fetch my OFP CDs and install it  Anyone ever playing OFP still? |
