I'm sorry to inform that the gaming server will be down for an extended period of time. This is due to incompatibility between new and old hardware used by the server and the fact that I am not in Finland anymore. I will be going back to Finland around January and I will take a better look at the parts and what I need once I get there. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and I will keep you posted on any developments with getting the server up and running again.

Downtime will be extended due to incompatibility between parts. Expected time for the server to be up and running again, unknown. I will keep you posted though.

Server had another hardware failure and will be down for about a week. New parts have been acguired and will be installed as soon as possible. I hope to have an Arma2 server running when I get the server back up. I will keep you posted on the progress. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

And heya Reaver, long time no see! Yep have a new job. Might look for a diff one as this ain't exactly a "Woohoo" factor job. But at least i am able to pay bills again for now and supply myself with food and what not. And that's really what matters. And my bike is also glad i can throw in some gas money again for a nice ride out

Wish ArmA was never made

ArmA 1 & 2 just looks good and have cool new features...doesn't have OFP feel to it though...

Maybe I should fetch my OFP CDs and install it Anyone ever playing OFP still?

I voted Yes, just because I have a bad habit of trying out every game that has some 'Nam into it. Due to lack of better gameplay, I have been playing MW2 with some mates the past months (on and off) and I can say that the multiplayer nor the singleplayer has nothing compared to OFP or Arma. Just the feeling that you get when you know you can do just about whatever you want is great and in MW2 multiplayer, realism is non-existent and all games usually turn into fragfests, even though they have some kind of "mission objectives".

But, I might try this new title out.

Just like to say what a great server you guys have supporting a great mod.
I dont yet play arm-a because I see nothing wrong with OFP. I know that the graphics are better in arm-a but in a simulator for me this is not all that important imho. But I would like to try this mod online with other people instead of playing the missions alone.. which is still fun, just very difficult.  I hope soon to see some people on the ofp server and keep this classic game alive.
